we took a trip to ikea today so i could pick up some dishtowels to make some of these to bring with me to the farmers market. had lunch at my grandparents and walked next door to water the garden and saw that a couple cucumbers looked big enough to pick. we had to taste test them of course and they didn't disappoint, they're full of flavor. i've been bringing salads to work for lunch, now i can add some slices of fresh homegrown cucumber to the mix. now if only those tomatoes would get a move on and ripen already.

  1. Hi there! I'm loving looking through your blog. We share so many interests, and you are such a talented photographer. Gorgeous pictures! We're eating lots of cucumbers right now too, and also eagerly awaiting that first vine ripened tomato of the season. Those dish towel bags are great. I'm not much of a seamstress, but could possibly swing that. Hope you have a great day!

  2. you're too sweet! i'm procrastinating big time with those dishtowel bags, you should totally make some. :)
